How do I start?
The first step is easy: we’ll schedule a call, which is free, and have a conversation. That way you and I can get to know each other, see whether I can help, and make sure this work is right for you or your child.
How do I make an appointment?
The first step is to call and have an initial consult with me. Then, once you are an existing client, you can schedule directly with me or use the online scheduler for added convenience.
You’ll find online scheduler at the bottom of every page of this website. You can also call me at 802-324-1731.
Please be aware that if you need to cancel an appointment, I ask for 48 hours notice; otherwise I must charge for the missed time.
What do I need to know in advance?
There are many resources throughout this site if you want to learn more about my work. But you don’t need to know anything at all–just wear comfortable clothing if seeking bodywork or movement therapy, and we’re all set.
What are your fees?
Do you take insurance?
No, I don’t work with insurance companies but I can provide you with a Receipt if you want file for out of network reimbursement – and I do take HSA card payments.
Do you do intensive treatment plans or other special plans?
Absolutely–just ask, and we’ll work out a treatment plan that’s just right for you, your family or your child.
