My Story

From a young age, I found my voice through dance, often expressing myself more through movement than words. I was captivated by the way people, animals, and even plants moved, and this fascination led me to pursue a career as a professional dancer.

In the dance world, I discovered a community of pioneers exploring the profound connection between the mind and body—an exploration that was revolutionary. I was fortunate enough to study with these brilliant innovators, which ignited my passion for understanding human movement and consciousness.

My journey led me to prenatal development, where I uncovered the ways we learn and form consciousness inside the womb. This early stage of life is filled with pure potential, influencing how we move, think, and bond throughout our lives.

I am passionate about my work because I get to help children and adults reconnect with their bodies. The body is a place of hope, even when the mind is clouded by fear. Through gentle presence and compassionate support, I help people navigate past traumas and grief, guiding them into a space of healing and presence.

The body is a powerful storyteller, with many shades, tones, and colors. No matter the challenges, the body speaks, and when we listen, we can tap into its pure potential. This has been my personal journey, and it is a privilege to share it every day with those I work with.

My THERAPY PRACTICE

At the Whole Movement Center, I create a space where your body and mind can express what they need to. Together, we embark on a journey of somatic discovery, where profound beauty unfolds as we reconnect with our human essence.

Through gentle body awareness, we reveal our innate goodness—the resilience that helps us survive the impossible, the desire to protect ourselves and those we love, and the courage to stand up for justice and integrity.

Every day, I witness the incredible wisdom of the body and mind in my therapy practice, helping people thrive after hardship. Just as plants naturally grow towards the sun and birds find their way home in the spring, our hearts and minds are capable of creating new pathways to wellness and fulfillment.
